How to calculate the price?
The service costs the same as when ordering parcels per package (with some exceptions.)
Prices increase by 5.9 % from July 1, 2023.
What do you need to know?
Service specifications:
Maximum weight: 35 kg
Maximum dimensions: 240 cm in length, length + circumference = 360 cm.
Deviation from above mentioned weight and dimensions will result in a price surcharge from July 1, 2023.

Ordering and pick-up
Order the returns service via EDI or Mybring.
Print the returns address card and attach it when you ship the items.
Alternatively, you can send the card to the customer when the need for a return arises. -

Packing and packaging
The customer packs the goods in a suitable manner, glues on the pre-filled returns address card and delivers the package at the Post Office/Post in Store.

During transport
The returns shipment has the same delivery time as the Parcel to businesses, and the shipment can be tracked both by you and the sender (the customer).

Receipt of returns
The package will be delivered to your door by 4 p.m., or alternatively, it can also be delivered to a pick-up point. We deliver parcel returns all over Norway, wherever you can reach by car.
